Description

Name: Olgoi
Aliases: Olgoikhorkhoi, Mongolian Death Worm, Dear Worm
Alignment: Neutral
Rank: 4

Stats
-Length: 200 Meters
-Weight: 20,000 Tons

Powers/Abilities
-Water and Sand: The Mongolian Death Worm can swim in sand and in water with ease and at a reasonable speed as well. It is because of this that Death Worms can occasionally be seen in the Gobi Desert in spring months, but not specifically Olgoi himself.
-Killer Clitellum: Death Worms have a modified Clitellum along their sides that instead of being a reproductive organ, release long, sharp spines that pierce the average kaiju skin and inject a painful venom that causes swelling and sensitive bruising around said wound. This type of wound can last about three days in the average kaiju.
-Proboscis Mandible: Contrary to believe, all Death Worms are not directly related to present day annelids. They are far more related to ancient worms, so much so they are somewhat related to Anomalcarids and other strange prehistoric life. This gives Olgoi and other Death Worms a unique jaw that can fired outward much like a projectile, bite out a small chunk of flesh, pull back and then swallow. It’s very alien in the fact not many earthly kaiju have such a jaw structure. Closest comparison would be a cone snail, and even that is very vague.
-Spiked Antenna: Death Worms have three antenna instead of two, as opposed to just about any other soft-bodied invertebrate like Velvet Worms or something along the lines of ants and flies. While they feel, they can also grasp and coil with sharp spines that dig into prey. For antenna, they are surprisingly strong and very difficult to cut and break through on a human standard. For larger kaiju however, they are not as dangerous and comparable to being stung by a harmless jellyfish in terms of being grasped by stinging tentacles.
-Acid Spit: Death Worms can vomit up their powerful digestive acid out as a projectile. The acid burns flesh very easily, even if that of a Kaiju. Metal seems to be relatively unaffected however in the sense it will rust and corrode, but at a slow rate.
-Static Shock: Death worms can produce about as much electricity as the Electric Eel and little more, even when they gain obscure sizes. None the less, Ogloi can still release a static charge. For Kaiju however, this is about the equivalent of very strong hand buzzer that acts more of a deterrent rather than an actual attack.

Weaknesses
-Armorless: Besides the plate-like structure around the head, Death Worms, no matter how big, are soft bodied and rather easy to harm even in terms of military standards.
-Blind and Death: Death worms function through vibration alone, and cannot see or hear in the traditional sense. This leaves them rather blind and relying on touch and feel to get around, find prey and dodge attacks.

Personality
Olgoi is the largest known Mongolian Death Worm on record, being incredible massive compared to the average worm that only reaches around ten feet at maximum. Why he has grown so large is unknown, but it may have something to do with constantly eating the remains of native kaiju as opposed to eating smaller things. Other than being such a very large individual, Olgoi doesn’t seem to have any specific mindset other than being content and being enraged when it becomes frustrated with hunting goes wrong. Such frustration is followed by angry fits and tearing up the dunes of the Oasis until he gets it out of his system.

Epoch: Present Day and Onward

History
After that brief tour around the lake and one of its many inhabitants, Tyrantis continued onward in search for the one he so desired. Sadly for him, the trail wasn’t very clear… For whatever reason, her scent was all over the place. Or a scent just like it, anyway. It did cross the kaiju’s mind that Tyranta might not be full blooded at all when he thought of her unique traits that made her look similar to Boomer. It was possible that mix up made her scent difficult to track since there may be more like Boomer in this world, too.

Meanwhile, Boomer himself was making it a mission to find the female before that stranger did. Hell-bent, it was easier said than done. He was not having it any easier than Tyrantis. Boomer had one advantage of wandering these sands and river ways for his entire life and had a pretty good idea of which way to go and what to do. Save, he had was running into just about every god damn problem possible on this day.
After running into another pack of Colosaraptors and beaten several of them senseless, he found himself wandering across the path a sand digging menace. Boomer knew this threat well and knew how to deal with it. He didn’t have a choice in the matter as the massive Mongolian Death Worm of the Mongolian Oasis came flying out of the sand like a giant rocket! It hit Boomer hard enough to knock him into the air… still attached with its protruding jaw.
Boomer ended up rolling along with a giant worm coiling around him. If not for his powerful legs, he may have been doomed. He kicked out, breaking the coils and prying himself free, but not without wounds. He had several stings going across his side from some sharp barbs that injected venom. It stung greatly, but he charged head first in anyway and gave the massive annelid a headbutt that sent it skidding across the dune.
Immediately it was burrowing back down, but Boomer was having just about enough of these constant distractions. He lunged and dug his teeth into the tail of the creature and attempted to forcefully pull it out of the sand. Too much was already gone, though, and it ripped itself free and ultimately escaping from another bite.
But it was far from done as it proved when it came back and came from beneath Boomer, jaws slamming into his gut. Boomer found his stomach about to be tore out, but he managed to free himself without too much damage by flay out falling over. At least his guts wouldn’t fall out. Desperately he kicked off the ground and came back down to stomp that damn things head in, but sand be damned for how loose it was. The worm was already halfway gone and his impact was cushioned.
Then Boomer felt the shock. He hopped on one foot, then the other, backing up to avoid the aggravating sting of an electrical current that was hitting his feet. It didn’t hurt as much as it made him jump, but it was enough. Olgoi came lunging again, jaw reaching out. Boomer was ready this time, though. He lowered his head and rammed the worm head-on, shoving the creature along until he hit a sand dune. After that he began to kicking and stomp on the worm like a horse coming across a snake.
Partly fighting back, the worm buried itself and started making its escape. Unfortunately for it, Boomer was in a foul mood was quick to give chase. He roared sound blast after sound blast after it, each sudden burst of noise making Olgoi flee faster and faster until it finally dove so deep into the sand that Boomer lost its trail.
Somewhat satisfied with that, Boomer picked up where he left off. The Death Worm was driven off and sent looking for prey elsewhere...

On this day, it that search led it straight into the path of Tyrantis.

There was another issue at hand as well. The first packs of Colosaraptors was still very rattled about their nesting area being virtually stomped on and were out for blood. Choosing between which target to follow, they decided the newcomer would be the easier of the two to deal with.

Tyrantis had no clue he was about to get dragged into another brawl. A loud shrill made him turn to see a trio of raptors on his tail. Oh how Tyrantis was starting to dislike this particular day of fighting. Still, fighting was fighting. He turned and gladly accepted to prove his superiority of battling.
Colosaraptors on the other hand were certainly smarter than most and had teamwork on their side. Just as Tyrantis got into a brawl with just the three, about twenty effing more came from the right and flanked him. Tyrantis found himself greatly outnumbered, but that sure did not stop him from chasing after his goal like his life depended on it… and in this case his life did depend on it.

It may have been luck, but the sands around them came alive as a great predator slithered under their feet and began lashing out at anything that moved. The new predator, a massive Mongolian Death Worm with a mean appetite, made the dromeosaurs scatter and quickly start planning something new in this change of plans.

Tyrantis didn’t have much a plan though outside of the usual “Beat the living crap out of it until it stops moving” and was already fighting against the massive worm before him. He quickly discovered that blasting the sand into scolding glass sure made it think twice.
Using the new monster to their advantage, the Colosaraptors began fighting with Tyrantis for the moment. Yet, Tyrantis was sure as hell not a pack member and he ended up getting into the way of the smaller dinosaurs and forcing them to work around him as opposed to with him.
The Alpha Female of this pack ended up tripping across one of her fellow pack members and fell in the wrong place at the wrong time. The massive worm lunged like a snake and grasped hold of her, quickly diving down into the sand and vanishing from sight. It was obvious what had happened by the sudden apparent grief that sent the Colosaraptors into a frenzy of mournful cries. The Alpha Male was stricken and attempted to dig down after the predator… but he knew deep down it was too late.

Tyrantis, a bit stricken at what just happened, slowly backed away and left the unfortunate dinosaurs to mourn their lose. He felt bad, but what could he do? This was certainly not his fight. He had his own thing to do anyway.

But soon after he left, the Colosaraptors became vengeful with their sights set on ripping apart the strange green dinosaur and anything else that got in their way. Tyrantis may have not been directly the reason this happened, but his alien presence here made him easy to blame for this. They quickly ran off toward their territorial borders and would return with murder on their mind.

Important Dates
-January 5th 2034: Tyrantis and Tyranta discover the Mongolian Oasis, an Earth Hollow that is strangely similar to the one they used to live in. They meet a fellow tyrannosaurid kaiju, Boomer, and battle with the pterosaur monster Ahuul and the crocodile monster Sobekroc. Their actions also inspire the lake monster Metringar to leave the Hollow and lead to the colony of colosaraptors that inhabit the hollow to explore the outside world.
